Who is the Coach?
Alycia Setlin is a global ICF-certified ACC, BCC executive leadership coach with a Master’s in Leadership and Negotiations. An expert in Emotional Intelligence (EQ), value creation, and personal brand development, she empowers professionals to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact. Alycia specializes in leadership development, women’s leadership, global communications and career advancement. She has partnered with top executives within leading global corporations, start-ups, and Fortune 100 and 500 firms, including Cisco, PayPal, Adobe, Apple, Under Armour, Google, Ernst & Young, SAP, to drive meaningful change and results. As an inspiring and dynamic coach, Alycia delivers engaging and transformative coaching and training programs tailored to help leaders and developing leaders unlock their potential and create success personally and professionally. Originally from California, making her home in Europe, Alycia brings a rich, multicultural perspective to her practice. Day 1: Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence
Theme: Understanding yourself to lead with purpose.

- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Key to personal and professional success
- Self-awareness assessments: Strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots
- How do you see yourself vs. how others see you?

Complete EQ and self-awareness exercises (ex:using tools like PricewaterhouseCoopers’ workbook)

Discuss assessment results: Do you relate? What surprised you?
