Biography
Dr. Oludare Tunde Fasomo is a seasoned administrative, business management, and human resource professional with over a decade of progressive experience spanning corporate organizations, consulting, healthcare, and development sectors. He currently serves as General Manager-Operations at Paedia Consulting, where he leads strategic administrative coordination, business operations, client support services, and training facilitation. His career reflects strong expertise in organizational development, project management, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement, having previously held key roles at organizations such as Synapse Services Ltd, Core Facility Management Consulting Ltd, and ENL Consortium Ltd. He is also actively involved in volunteer leadership, having served as Operations and Program Coordinator for African Child Right (NGO), where he contributed to policy development, program implementation, and international collaboration.
In addition to his professional practice, Dr. Fasomo is an academic and training facilitator with teaching experience in economics, finance, leadership and management across several institutions, including Global Peace Building Network College, Success Seminary and Theological College and Be Wise Professional Tutors. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and advanced qualifications in Banking and Finance, alongside multiple professional certifications in project management and business administration. Currently pursuing two additional doctorate degrees in Management Studies and Organizational Behaviour, his work integrates leadership, governance, and peacebuilding principles, positioning him as a multidisciplinary scholar-practitioner committed to organizational excellence, capacity building, and societal impact.
