At the same time, if you determine correctly what your strengths are and try to build your future career based on what you do well, then success may await. That is one of the basics of becoming a Future Leader!
We invite all Future Leaders to join! Understand yourself better and find out what you do the best! The training allows you to determine competitive advantages and efficiently use them. During the training, we will analyze your personality and reveal all your strengths and weaknesses. Nobody will be the best in a job based on weaknesses. You will be able to plan your future career in accordance with your strengths and not your weaknesses!
The training for Future Leaders allows you to realize strong points, enhance them and find ways to succeed in any professional area. The training is perfect for those who want to understand better what to do to find the right direction for their future career!
Sunday is the arrival day. There are no activities planned on Sunday. No meals provided on Sunday. The sessions will be from Monday to Thursday. Friday is the departure day. There are no sessions planned on Friday. Breakfast will be served on Friday.
The training is conducted by a professional business trainer, holder of an MBA degree. It is designed using the following methodologies:
Trainer elaborates on various topics. If something is our weakness we can never be the best to do the work where we use this weakness. Yes, we can work on it and improve it but if something is your weakness you will never be the best doing that. At the same time if you know what is your strengths and do the job based on it – that is where you will be successful. A number of tests and assessments to determine your personal and professional skills and qualities. The tests and assessments allow to have a better understanding of a character. After each test, the trainer analyzes the outcomes in details. You have the reflection sessions where you have to express themselves and reflect on the previous events. You receive regular feedback from the trainer and other group members. Due to this feedback, you are able to check as others see you.

There are also many interesting group activities where each person demonstrates their own team skills. Moreover, during these activities participants often provide peer assessment to each other.

Travelling after the course
We offer mini-trips with sightseeing to nearby countries after the course. Travelling is offered for an additional fee and includes tickets and one night stay. Click here to learn more. Please let us know in your application form if you are interested.
All the participants are provided with accommodation in Amsterdam for the whole period of the course. The type of accommodation is a shared room for 2 people. The accommodation in a single room can be arranged for an additional fee — please see the additional services section. Participants have access to the kitchen, which they can use. The accommodation is well-connected by public transport with all the tourist places in Amsterdam. During the program, sessions will be conducted in the classroom, which is within walking distance from the accommodation. Participants will be provided with a detailed description of the venue and information on how to reach it from the airport.
We offer comfortable accommodation where you can stay during the program and fully enjoy your time in Amsterdam!

Prices for Additional Services
If you want to travel to the Netherlands, you might need a visa. Here you could determine whether you require a visa. Please tick “90 days or less” in the first question. Or just email us and we will advise you.

When you apply to our programs and provide mandatory pre-payment, we provide you with a visa assistance: an official visa invitation letter which is necessary for applying for a visa. Also, we will guide you on the visa process and consult you regarding the documents that you need to prepare for the successful visa application. We will be happy to look through the package of the documents that you will prepare for the visa application, analyze it and help you to prepare all the documents correctly. Usually, visa type required to attend our courses: Short-term business visa. But it would be better to make a double check at your local Consulate / VFS Center.
Step 1
Please go to your local Consulate / VFS website and make an appointment. Sometimes you can make an appointment only 1-2 months in advance. We recommend doing that as soon as possible and then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2
Please learn more about the list of all the required documents (usually, those documents are listed on the website of your local Consulate / VFS. This list also includes visa invitation letter that we send. Usually, we send a visa invitation letter within 1-3 days after receiving the required pre-payment from the applicant.
Step 3
With the full list of documents and completed visa application form, you have to go to the local Consulate/VFS on the appointment day and submit them. The fee for the visa might differ depending on the country where you apply. VFS might also apply an extra charge for their services.
We strongly recommend to check all the documents before the submission and make sure you provide the correct information to the Consulate and in that case, you most probably will receive a visa without any difficulties.
