The POSH Entrepreneur: An Ethical Leadership Framework for Startup Founders
Mode: Online
Dates: 05-10 January 2026
Fee: 100 euro
The POSH Entrepreneur is a transformational programme for founders, business owners, and emerging leaders who want to build enterprises rooted in ethics, excellence, and long-term sustainability. In a landscape where shortcuts undermine trust, this programme equips entrepreneurs with the mindset, frameworks, and tools to lead with integrity while driving impact and profitability.
Built on the POSH Framework, the course reframes entrepreneurship as stewardship—of people, resources, and opportunities. Through case studies, reflective exercises, and real-world scenarios, participants learn to spot ethical pitfalls, make sound decisions under pressure, and build organisations that earn trust and attract credible partners.
Across six modules, participants will deepen their understanding of ethics, leadership, organisational excellence, stewardship, and transparency. They will complete the programme with a personal code of conduct, a mission-driven purpose statement, clarity on their organisational vision, and practical tools for ethical decision-making and sustainable performance.
Whether launching or scaling a business, The POSH Entrepreneur equips leaders to build principled, high-performance organisations that thrive in both profit and integrity.
