Student-centered Teaching and Learning is a pedagogical approach that shifts the focus from the teacher to the student, emphasizing active learning, critical thinking, and personalized instruction. This course explores strategies to create engaging, student-driven classrooms where learners take ownership of their education.

This course covers the principles and practices of student-centered learning, helping educators design lessons that encourage collaboration, inquiry, and problem-solving. Who is the Coach?

Niranjon-Chandra-Paul

I am Niranjon Chandra Paul – Mathematics Teacher, Trainer, BSc in Mathematics (Major), MSc in Mathematics, and Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology. I am an experienced International Mathematics Teacher and Trainer with expertise in IB DP Mathematics, student-centered learning, and professional teacher training. Currently teaching at Cambridge International School in Doha, Qatar, I have previously worked at Beta Cambridge School (IB DB Curriculum). 

Passionate about Educational Technology and Teacher Training, I continuously seek innovative ways to enhance both student and teacher learning experiences. My approach emphasizes making teaching and learning accessible, engaging, and relevant for diverse learners while training educators in effective, Student Centre and researchbased teaching methodologies.
