This course will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to excel in the industry. Participants will understand the importance of Procurement to business, the Procurement cycle, need analysis and aligning Procurement with business goals. Participants will gained knowledge in Supply Chain fundamentals, key players in the Supply Chain, key drivers of the Supply chain, flows in the Supply Chain, Push and Pull strategies in the Supply Chain.
Who is the Coach?
Richmond King is a seasoned Procurement and Supply Chain professional with years of work experience. Richmond King is the Procurement and Project Consultant for Easy Tech Liberia, lead Procurement trainer at Gonet Academy in Liberia. He taught Procurement and Supply Chain at the prestigious University of Liberia main campus. He served as a consultant for USAID project in Liberia where he worked in the program area. Richmond has many professional diplomas and certifications in in field of Procurement and Supply Chain Management and is currently a certified Procurement professional with Global Skills Development Council. He has served as guest lecturer at the United Methodist University amongst others. Richmond has received honors and awards for his excellence teaching skills and clearly presenting the lessons to students of diverse academic background.
Schedule
This program will be conducted online over five days, running daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Participants will receive a certificate from The Netherlands Education Group upon completion. The course is designed to advance the skills of professionals already working in Procurement and Supply, while also offering valuable insights for beginners with no prior knowledge in Procurement and Supply Chain.
The minimum number of participants required for the workshop is 5.
