About the Facilitator
Christo is an experienced facilitator, assessor, and leader. He understands the importance of being a Taste Maker – comparable to the patty in the hamburger! The better the taste the more likely is the change. A firm believer that systems drive behaviour. He enjoys unravelling the complexities in individuals, teams, and the organisation. He appreciates that data is the new currency. Data is more valuable than gold. Christo believes that turning data into knowledge will enable learning, growth and better decision making. Christo has worked with a variety of corporate companies in Southern Africa, UK, and Europe in many different industries; and across levels for the last 35 years.
On a last note: He believes in Rule #6 – Don’t take yourself so damn seriously and have fun while you at it…..
