Who is the Coach?
Michal Fedeles is an education and psychology professor and consultant supporting organizations in creating learning experiences and environments for high performance, meaning, and satisfaction.
Having studied complex systems, psychology and leadership, and having earned his PhD in Education, Michal’s passion has been facilitating learning and development that is rooted in deep connections, curious exploration, and authentic expression.
He helps faculty, trainers, and teachers make online and hybrid learning just as powerful as the best learning in person.

- Session 2: Creating powerful experiences and learning outcomes
- Session 3: Growth mindset, offering and receiving developmental feedback
- Lesson practice 1: Participants facilitate short lessons, reflect, receive peer feedback
Day 3
- Session 4: Planning lessons: ADDIE, BOPPPS, and CARD models
- Session 5: Facilitating learning across domains, levels, and cycles
- Session 6: Inclusive and responsive learning: Engaging and supporting all learners
- Lesson practice 2: Participants facilitate short lessons, reflect, receive peer feedback

- Session 7: Techniques and technologies for in-person, online, and hybrid learning
- Session 8: Learning for performance; assessment and evaluation
