Research shows that improvisation has a lasting impact on a person’s ability to manage their day-to-day personal and professional lives better.
In Improv for Confidence and Professional Presence, we’ll be employing short and narrative forms of games. You’ll be invited to think better and faster in the moment, be more creative, and decrease your stress, anxiety, and uncertainty intolerance.
All ages and experience levels are welcome. This course is for anyone who wants to feel more comfortable in their skin and wants to practice being more vocal in an open and fun environment. If you’d like to take your filter off and express yourself more freely, you’ll get ample practice voicing the best of yourself and gently stretching your perceived limits.
