Who is the Coach?
Prudence is a versatile professional with a wealth of experience in education and human resources. With over seven years of teaching experience in Nigeria and Malaysia, she has honed her skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and effective communication. Transitioning into HR, she has spent two years in the field, leveraging her educational background and practical experience to excel.
Prudence holds a first degree in Education obtained in 2012, complemented by a diploma in Human Resources Management in 2013. She has expanded her HR knowledge through continuous professional development, focusing on payroll administration, HR policy implementation, research and analysis, recruitment and placement, administration, and training and development. Her commitment to enhancing her skills is evident in her CPD in Human Resources, which underscores her dedication to staying current in the field.
Furthermore, Prudence’s dedication to communication excellence is underscored by her certification in Effective Communication among Internal and External Customers. She has also invested in her professional growth by completing courses on leadership and management, lesson management, and lesson planning.
