Who is the Coach?

Martha

Martha holds a Master of Philosophy in Theatre Arts Management at the School of Performing Arts, University of Ghana, Legon, where she specialised in Management and Advocacy. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Studies and Entrepreneurship at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana where she did her National Service, assisting with teaching and conducting tutorials.
She has also researched into the theatre discipline and written a paper (published in Nigeria) on the theatre discipline and Entrepreneurship.

Martha is a passionate advocate for social entrepreneurship and sustainable change. With a strong background in policy engagement and community development, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and organisations to drive positive impact. For instance, her advocacy and entrepreneurship aim led her to present research paper (Documentation of Ghanaian folkloric Games) at the 2014 Faculty of Arts colloquium, University of Ghana Legon. Which aimed to bring awareness to policy makers on the need of implementing the Ghanaian Folkloric games in current education curriculum with emphasis on its ability in shaping children in a broader spectrum . As an expert in entrepreneurial advocacy, Martha has developed and taught courses on social entrepreneurship, sustainability, and policy engagement, and has worked with numerous organisations to develop innovative solutions to global challenges. Martha is committed to fostering a community of like-minded change-makers and is excited to continue exploring new ways to create lasting social and environmental impact.
