Phase 1: Training (8 Weeks)
Objective: Build foundational knowledge and skills through a blended learning format.
Week 1: Kick-Off & Orientation
- Registration, program overview, and online curriculum login
- Live Zoom Class: Introduction to Coaching and International Ethics
Weeks 2-9: Weekly Schedule for modules 1-8
- Self-Paced Online Learning: 2–2.5 hours: Videos, notes, and slide decks on weekly topics
- Live Zoom Class (Weekly & compulsory): 2.5 hours: deepen the learning and answer all your questions. Practice coaching skills with peers (Community of Practice). Mentoring by an international coach
- Homework
- 1 hour: Have a coaching conversation to practice what you have learnt
Phase 2: Practicum (12 Weeks)
Objective: Develop real-world coaching expertise through guided practice and mentoring; focusing on your specialisation
Weeks 10-20: Weekly Schedule
- Live Mentoring Sessions (Weekly): 1.5 hours: Feedback, troubleshooting, and skill enhancement. Teaching of the 12-session coaching program and Coaches toolbox
- Client Coaching Practice: Minimum 100 hours of coaching across 8+ test clients / Implementation of the 12-session coaching framework
- Community of Practice: Group discussions on challenges, tools, and techniques to deepen learning
- Quizes / Assignments: Experiential learning, review of tools, and book discussions.
Phase 3: Marking & Graduation (Flexible Timeline)
Objective: Validate learning, receive certification, and prepare for credentialing.
Requirements:
- Â Submit a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE), including: Module quizzes and experiential learning assessments /Coaching log documenting 100 hours of practice
- Complete the reading of: 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Sean Covey (required) / Challenging Coaching by John Blakey (Compulsory for Specialisation in Corporate Coaching)
- Certification: Certificate issued upon review and approval of PoE / Option for printed and couriered certificates at additional cost
