Develop a powerful coaching approach during our intensive two-day training. You learn how to coach effectively and develop the skills to inspire, motivate, and guide others towards sustainable success. Coaching Skills in Business provides future managers with a clear framework for conducting development- or coaching conversations. You learn essential coaching skills for application in an effective conversation model.

This coaching method proves to be an effective and results-oriented coaching method for aspiring managers, enabling them to stand out from the rest. Although coaching is the managerial quality most closely associated with employee success and is key to maximizing the impact of desired change, it is unfortunately also the activity in which managers are the least proficient. A serious investment in improving coaching skills can drastically enhance outcomes.

Who is the Coach?

Patricia is a highly skilled facilitator, trainer, and business coach with over 15 years of experience. She delivers impactful leadership programs across various industries through her company ‘Op Koers’. Specialising in Soft Skills, NLP, Communication, Leadership, Coaching, Management skills, Resilience, and Personal Development, Patricia is an internationally recognised trainer. She blends team development with behavioural psychology to create a safe and inspiring learning environment. Trained in Business Management, NLP, Systemic work, Hypnosis, and various types of coaching, she empowers leaders to perform at their best. Patricia also facilitates the ‘Coaching Skills in Business’ course with The Netherlands Education Group.

Course Details

Interactive workshop with exercises and feedback. Main focus:

  • Train in essential coaching skills
  • Practice applying the conversation model,
    using role-playing and high-energy games

You can apply the 6 step of the Coaching with IMPACT-model.

You are able to:

  • Have a positive conversation in which the other person experiences trust
  • Get a clear picture of the other person’s needs
  • Create (new) awareness, urgency and motivation
  • Direct the focus and let the other determine the actions to be taken
  • Deal with resistance and create ownership
  • Monitor progress and provide support

The course is going on weekdays from 10am to 4pm.
