Coach biography
Kasturi is a Business Administration lecturer with over 14 years of combined experience in the corporate and academic sectors. She began her career at J.P. Morgan Chase in Corporate and Investment Banking, gaining valuable expertise in global financial systems and strategic business operations. Transitioning to academia, she has since taught courses in Business Management, Marketing, HRM, Operations, Strategic Management and also French as a foreign language . Currently involved in AACSB accreditation within the Education Development & Quality Management department at a University of Applied Sciences, she integrates real-world insights with academic rigor. Known for her student-centered approach, adaptability, and clear communication, she is passionate about preparing students to succeed in dynamic, global business environments.
