This 2-day transformational training helps trainees craft a powerful personal brand that becomes the foundation of a scalable business or public identity. I will take this from self-awareness to strategic visibility, and from visibility to business opportunity, showing how every successful enterprise starts with a magnetic, meaningful personal brand. This training will give them an idea of how personal branding can lead to a journey of successful entrepreneurship and help them achieve their big dreams and quantify the targets, step by step. It is not a common phenomenon of knowing about “branding”, its ifs and buts, dos and don’ts. It is a belief that focusing on an individual goal can transform into a unified business plan. In this training, I will share a roadmap to success and enable trainees to grasp the concept and perform effectively. The core objective is the fulfillment of individual perception into visibility, and at the end of the second day, trainees would have gained enough skills and knowledge of the roadmap and would be able to pitch their business plan and share their brand stories. These are the transformational sessions where trainees would feel confident, psychologically safe, equally heard, listened to, and empowered.
Who is the Coach?

I, Ambreen Fatima, am an internationally experienced branding strategist, leadership trainer, and purpose-driven communicator. With a professional background that spans Pakistan, US, China, the UAE, and the Netherlands, I have led impact-focused branding and partnership initiatives across sectors from startups and social enterprises to diplomatic missions. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Leading with Purpose at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, my vision is to combine strategic thinking with a human-centered approach to leadership. My work focuses on helping individuals and organizations define their identity, build influence, and communicate with clarity in an increasingly value-driven world. Deeply committed to sustainability and inclusion, I believe that leadership today must go beyond profit to inspire trust, collaboration, and long-term impact. Through my training sessions, I empower professionals to transform their personal or organizational brand into a tool for growth, connection, and change.

- Identify your personal “core value” and how it solves real-world problems
- Understand how founders like Elon Musk, Sara Blakely, or Richard Branson built empires around themselves

DAY 2: Self Reflection – Activity Based
Reflection – Learning Outcomes from Day 1 – Ask participants to share their learning outcomes from previous day.

2. Live Brand Audit (Hot Seat)
Activity based — Pick a few volunteers and review their LinkedIn profiles or personal brands live.
3. Personal Brand Story Exercise
Guide participants to write a 3–5 sentence version of their origin story using a simple framework (Problem – Turning Point – Mission).
4. “Brand You” Vision Board
Provide magazines, paper or markers. Let them visually represent what they want their brand/business to look like in 2–5 years.
5. Connection Circles
In small groups, ask: “What’s one brand or person you want to connect with this year and why?”
6. Brand Role Models Gallery
Ask participants to choose a personal brand they admire (e.g., Rihanna, Melinda Gates, Gary Vee, or a local leader). Discuss what makes them powerful and what lessons apply.
7. Interactive LinkedIn Review Challenge
Break them into pairs or groups. Ask each to review and suggest 3 improvements for their partner’s LinkedIn profile.
8. Elevator Pitch Circle
Let each participant deliver their 1-minute personal brand pitch in a small group. Provide a feedback template or applause moment. Preparation time 15 min.
9. Content Brainstorm Jam
“What I wish I knew when I started…” Write one sample LinkedIn post and post it right away.
10. Brand Value Game
Give each person a list of 30 values (e.g., honesty, creativity, courage). Ask them to pick their top 3 brand values and defend them in pairs.
11. Reflection Wall or Journal Time
Build in quiet time after each section where they answer questions like:
- What’s one insight I gained?
- What’s one action I’ll take?
- How did this change how I see myself?
12. Graduation Circle & Certificate Ceremony
“What changed for you in these 2 days?” Hand them their certificate with music, photos, and celebration.
