In a highly interactive (business cases, games, role play etc) you will learn to become a unique intercultural trainer. Through the 4xI proven and self developed model, you will learn to be a unique trainer. You will learn to set up your own training and to monetise your acquired skills.

Who is the Coach?
Kirtika van Hunen-Malla is a certified cross-cultural trainer (Interchange Institute Washington DC). / consultant/ speaker/ award-winning author/founder of Between2Cultures. She has 40 + years of experience in working with Diversity in the East and the West. She incorporates her experience in her intercultural trainings for companies with a multicultural workforce, helping them Amplify ROI, top talent retention, enhancing multicultural workforce performance leading to a positive impact on the bottom line. She has authored 3 books. Her recent book ‘When Cultures Meet’ won, The Next Generation International Indie Book Finalist Award 2024. Through this book, she provides the key to working successfully with other cultures. She was asked to be a lecturer in the University of Fontys, the Netherlands. Lecturing on Dutch culture and language to international exchange students. She is a world citizen born between Nepali and Indian culture, brought up in an international boarding school in India run by Irish nuns. Living and working for more than 29 years in the Netherlands. She has worked as a policy officer for the Dutch government for 17 years. She holds an M.Sc. in Environment Management from the University of Hertfordshire, England, Post graduate from the University of Twenty, the Netherlands, double graduation from the university of North Bengal, India, and Saxion University in the Netherlands.
