This course is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in the Spanish language. Through interactive lessons, engaging activities, and practical exercises, students will learn essential vocabulary, grammar structures, and conversational skills. The curriculum will cover topics such as greetings, introductions, daily routines, food and drinks, travel phrases, and more. By the end of the course, students will be able to confidently communicate in basic Spanish in various everyday situations.

With classes twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, over a period of two months, you would have a total of approximately 16 classes.

Who is the Coach?

I am Iris Fernández, аrom Tierra del Fuego, also known as “the end of the world” in Argentina. I am a dedicated educator and language enthusiast, who brings a rich tapestry of experiences to her journey. My time in Norway on a life-changing exchange program ignited my passion for cultural exchange and community engagement. Engaging with organizations like Inner Wheel, Rotary International, and YFU (Youth for Understanding) deepened my commitment to fostering understanding across cultures. During my time at the National University of Córdoba, I developed a range of skills essential for teaching Spanish to foreign learners. These skills include proficiency in Spanish language teaching methodologies, lesson planning, curriculum development, cultural sensitivity, intercultural communication, and the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
Fascinated by the convergence of technology, artificial intelligence, and linguistics, I’m constantly exploring innovative approaches to language learning and communication. As a perpetual learner, I thrive on discovering new insights and perspectives.
In my leisure time, I enjoy pursuing my interests in photography, literature, and traveling, deriving inspiration from the diverse experiences each brings.
