Alliance for Development and Population Services

Alliance for development and population services is a non-profit, none commercial organization established in response to myriad of social economic issues and problems that hinder communities development and well-being in Kenya, e.g., retrogressive practices, lack of knowledge on how to create wealth, hard core poverty, high rate of dependency among many others.

ADEPS is therefore a change implementing agent working to identify and address the most pressing issues and problems affecting the needy and the vulnerable in the society, thereby helping to promote social economic development and building up more healthy ,economically strong and vibrant society.

PLAN
The prospective mentor may work through the following plan;

1. Go through our website to assess our institutional framework, systems, and all aspects to see if they are able to meet the needed standard of an institutional capacity that can help steer community development and bring about the needed change in the community.

2. Analyze and try to identify those areas that might need changes and/or further improvement for a more and well-developed organization.

3. Recommend all those aspects, systems, and others that could be missing out and that which would need to be included to help in having a fully and well-developed organization.

4. Help connect ADEPS organization to other like-minded players, organizations, institutions, commercial /profit making companies, collaborators, and those others that might mean well for this organization for possible partnership.

5. Do such other acts and activities within the mentors knowledge and skills to help the Organization acquire that status of a good and well-developed Organization, with both institutional and organizational capacity needed to fully carry out her mandate as far as community development is  concerned.
